RETURN POLICY

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. In the event that you need to return a product, please review our comprehensive return policy below.

What's the time limit for returns?

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. The return package must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.

📌 Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed for items returned beyond this timeframe.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. Take a clear photo for the item.
  2. Contact our customer service team via contact@mail.dashingsoul.com.
  3. Send the photos and order ID to customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend?
  4. Customer service team will offer you the address please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure.
  5. Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

    • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We accept returns for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached, except for non-returnable items.

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package—this is not our return address.
  2. Ensure you are not accidentally returning non-Dashingsoul items — we cannot send them back.
  3. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

REFUND TIMELINE:

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Refund Processing Time:
  • Credit Cards: Please allow 7-14 business days for your card issuer to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
  • PayPal: Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to appear in your PayPal account.

Order cancellation

Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
